If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price, minus shipping costs, within 30 days of the product received date. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon delivery for any defect, damage, or wrong item. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products), gift cards and sale items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund to your account.
